Recharge your batteries in the Périgord and enjoy the charm of this authentic regional house set in 13 hectares of unenclosed grounds with forest trails leading directly from the house. You'll discover the owners' dovecote. Near the village of St Capraise on the Dordogne and the medieval village of Cause de Clérans. 6 km from Château de Lanquais, 15 km from Bergerac and 8 km from Moulin de Laroque in Couze St Front (hand-made paper). Circuit of Bastides (Lalinde, Beaumont du Périgord...) and vineyards (Monbazillac, Côtes de Montravel, Bergerac). When you return from your visits, you'll appreciate the peace and quiet of the terrace with its barbecue and the private above-ground swimming pool, 5m round, 1m deep, unheated, chlorinated, with a secure ladder, open from June to the end of September.

On the air-conditioned first floor, you'll enjoy a dining room with a wood-burning stove as well as a dining room with fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer) and sitting area with TV, internet and sofa. Separate shower room with shower, washbasin, washing machine and WC. There are 2 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has 1 bed 140x190. The 2nd bedroom has 2 beds 90x190 and an adjoining wheelchair-accessible shower room (Italian-style shower, 2 basins including one adapted for wheelchairs, washing machine and WC). The narrow, steep miller's staircase from the living room leads to the 3rd bedroom with 1 bed (140x190).
This floor does not have air-conditioning.
