Located in Lamonzie-Saint-Martin, in the heart of Périgord Pourpre, this Holiday cottage for 4 people is housed in a superb stone building, typical of local rural architecture. Adjoining the owners' house and a second Holiday cottage (24G10703), it is part of an old farmhouse that has been entirely renovated with great care. Enjoy a vast garden of around 7000 m2 with a shared swimming pool, various dining and relaxation areas in the garden, and a pétanque court. This Holiday cottage is ideally situated for discovering Bergerac, the Monbazillac wine route, the bastides of Périgord Pourpre and gabarre trips on the Dordogne. You can also take advantage of Périgord's wealth of gourmet delights: producers' markets, tastings at Monbazillac wine producers', traditional tables featuring foie gras, confits, walnuts and truffles.

On the ground floor, access to the living room with a lounge area (corner sofa, TV, Wifi), a dining area for 4 people, and a fully-equipped kitchen. A first bedroom with a 160cm bed, a second bedroom with a 140cm bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and WC. Piscine shared with another Holiday cottage and the owners, 10x4.2 m, 1.50 m deep with chlorine, open from April to the end of October, secured by alarm. A private terrace in front of the Holiday cottage with garden furniture, and 2 dining areas in the garden with a brazier shared by the 2 Holiday cottages. Shared garden of approx. 7000m2 and petanque court.
