Discover this recently renovated Holiday cottage, ideally located in Excideuil, classified as a "Petite Cité de Caractère", in the heart of the Périgord Vert region. You'll be seduced from the moment you enter by its carefully thought-out decor, a subtle blend of modernity and charming antique objects, creating a warm, authentic atmosphere. Ideally located, it's less than 2km from the village shops (supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, bookshops and restaurants), not forgetting the village's famous Market. Nearby, discover the Château d'Excideuil, the Auvézère Gorges, the Tourtoirac cave, the Château de Hautefort and numerous Hiking trails. Nature activities abound: walking, cycling (bike hire available in City), canoeing and fishing. The Etang de Rouffiac is 20 minutes away for swimming and water sports, and a Golf course is just 8 km away. The owners, who live nearby, are happy to share a moment with their animals (two donkeys and two cats).

The Holiday cottage, set in a Semi-detached house adjoining the owners' unoccupied buildings, offers on the first floor a large, bright living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with sofas, armchairs, TV and fiber-optic WiFi. On the 1st floor, a first bedroom with a 160x200 bed. A 2nd bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 (convertible into a bed 160). All rooms are air-conditioned. A bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. On the landing, a small office for telecommuters.
In front of the Holiday cottage is a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and gas hob. Enjoy a large garden shared with the owners, where you'll find a petanque pitch, a trampoline and a soccer pitch.
