Perched at an altitude of 300 m, come and discover this architect-designed barn, entirely restored and redesigned to welcome families and friends all year round in the Périgord Noir.
Enjoy the swimming pool (10 m x 5 m, 1.50 m deep, gates, access by staircase, open from May to end-October), shared only with the owners in July and August (but for the exclusive use of Holiday cottage guests from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and private during the off-season, or take advantage of the pétanque court, the terrace suspended over the valley or the shaded terrace.
Relax in the catamaran net suspended from the mezzanine or take a break in the private indoor Jacuzzi all year round.
A Hiking trail is just around the corner, or simply take advantage of the many facilities on offer in this exceptional setting.
Nestled in the heart of the Countryside and farm animals, we are ideally located 36 km from Sarlat, 27 km from the Lascaux caves and 11 km from the Lake du Causse nautical base...
6km from Terrasson (shops), this 202m2 Holiday cottage is located close to the owners, and is equipped with all modern conveniences: air dehumidifier, water softener. On the first floor, you'll find a living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room with WiFi connection and Home Cinema, as well as a 1st bedroom with 2 80x200 beds that can be converted into 1 160x200 bed, shower room with Bluetooth speaker and separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms, one with 2 80x200 beds and the other with 1 160 bed. 1 bathroom with bath and shower. 2nd separate toilet. Utility room. Underfloor heating on first floor and water radiator on first floor. 2 terraces, one of which is an extension of the living room and features garden furniture with deckchairs, barbecue and plancha. Enclosed 400m2 grounds with pétanque court (boules not provided).

Nous sommes Adeline, Adrien et Eric, les propriétaires du gîte les Coteaux du Soleil. Natifs de Picardie, nous avons posé nos valises en Dordogne en août 2018. Nous avons choisi cette région car nous avons passé plusieurs merveilleuses semaines de vacances en Gîte de France Dordogne et sommes tombés amoureux de la région. Décision prise d'ouvrir notre propre gîte, en rénovant de A à Z une grange. Et voilà! Les Coteaux du Soleil! Nous avons imaginé et réalisé ce gîte d'exception en gardant à l'esprit le fait que nous avons été hôtes des Gites de France pendant plus de 30 ans. Nous avons donc créé ce gîte, comme un lieu que nous aurions aimé trouver pour des vacances magiques, ressourçantes et réussies . Regmar Grossartiger Aufenthalt
Das Gîte "Les Coteaux du Soleil" liegt in einer malerischen Landschaft. Die Fotos auf der Webseite beschönigen rein gar nichts, es ist dort wirklich so schön! Wir haben unseren 4-wöchigen Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus liegt abseits der grossen Touristenströme, die absoluten MUST des Périgord (Lascaux, Sarlat, La Roque Gageac, Beynac, etc....) sind aber trotzdem gut erreichbar. Auch in der nahen Corrèze gibt es viel Sehenswertes. Das Gîte ist sehr geräumig und bietet allen Komfort (eigener Pétanque-Platz, Pool, Spa, 2 Terrassen, etc.). Im grossen Gemüsegarten der Eigentünmer darf man sich nach Herzenslust bedienen. Während einer Woche hatten wir Freunde zu Besuch, auch sie waren hell begeistert. Wir können diese Adresse nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Fabien et Sabine Séjour idéal au sein du Périgord noir
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour aux Coteaux du soleil. Le propriétaire a été très accueillant et nous a conseillé utilement sur les lieux à visiter. Le gîte est d'un confort supérieur, le jacuzzi permet de sympathiques moments de détente. Nous avons profité pleinement des fruits et légumes disponibles au potager bien entretenu par les propriétaires. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme du lieu ainsi que les différentes vues sur les paysages environnants. Ce gîte est également très bien situé pour visiter la très belle région du Périgord noir. Nous conseillons à tous nos concitoyens belges de ne pas hésiter à réserver un séjour aux Coteaux du soleil. Notre intention est de revenir avec nos enfants pour leur faire découvrir ce très bel endroit.

Nous avons passé quelques jours aux Coteaux du Soleil avec ma compagne, mon fils de 4 mois et mes parents, pour une grande bouffée d'air avant la fin du congé maternité de ma compagne!
Le gite est magnifique, les travaux pour rénover la grange sont visibles dans un album et sont impressionnants. Tout est confortable et bien pensé, aucune mauvaise surprise, aucun élément pas pratique qui vienne se faire remarquer !
Il faisait un peu frais pour profiter de la belle piscine extérieure, mais le jacuzzi a parfaitement réglé le problème.
Le propriétaire est gentil, disponible, agréable et très accueillant. Nous avons eu la chance d'arrivé en parfaite saison pour gouter les tomates qu'il cultive!
Quelques ballades sympathiques autour du gite, Terrasson vraiment pas loin.
En bref un super accueil, un gite tout confort avec tout le nécessaire pour bébé, une région magnifique... que demander de plus !

UK Family Wonderful Home
A beautiful spacious and peaceful property situated in the high view points of the region with high-end furnishing indoors and outdoor complimenting both terraces. A very luxurious swimming pool and bar area and a surprise bonus ...a vegetable patch with delicious home grown produce that can be cooked in a modern well equipped kitchen!
Easy access to long walks accross the farm and its fields followed by chilling times in the large indoor Jacuzzi. Perigord -Noir Region has so many enchanting places to explore, with delicious food. The area is famous for foix gras, truffle and wholenuts.
The owners are very welcoming and helpful . Recommended various places that would be of interests especially with our teens and adult children; Sarlat town, Collonges-la-Rouge Village, the Thursday Market in Terrasson-Lavilledieu, Lascaux Caves for the mesmorising Prehestoric CaveArt. Easy access from the motorway. We will be back as we still have so much more to see!
