The cottage offers a privileged setting in a vast wooded park. Semi-detached from the owners' house, it has its own independent entrance and terrace (garden furniture, barbecue), with unobstructed views over the Périgord Noir valleys.
There's a ground-floor bedroom with a 160cm bed and a wardrobe. A main room with a kitchen area (washing machine, microwave, fridge, gas cooker...) and a lounge area with sofa, coffee table, TV and internet access.
Upstairs, an attic bedroom with two twin 80x200 beds. Bathroom with corner bath, washbasin and velux window.
The 4.50 x 9 m, private, chlorine-powered, alarmed swimming pool is open from May to the end of September for the exclusive use of Holiday cottage guests. It is located close to the owners' house, with a view from the latter.
