Come and enjoy the wonderful sites of the Dordogne and the Lot. This house is ideally located for exploring two departments: The Lot with its chasms and architecture and the Dordogne with sites such as Monpazier, Domme, Beaumont du Périgord... This accommodation is 60 km from Bergerac (vineyards), 60 km from Sarlat (medieval city with exceptional heritage). Hikers will appreciate the walks starting from the gîte.

The gîte is located in the village of Lavaur, opposite the church. It's a single-storey house adjoining another Gîte de France and 4 year-round accommodations. The kitchen opens onto the dining room and living room. The kitchenette is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, 4 ceramic hobs and washing machine. You'll enjoy the lounge area with sofa bed and TV, a bedroom with 1 x 140x190 bed, and a shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC. You'll appreciate the private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue overlooking the unenclosed 2000 m2 courtyard shared with the other rentals. The outside spaces, parking and paths were laid out in 2022.
