Gîte located in the heart of Périgord Pourpre, in the Bergerac region, on a 4-hectare estate. You'll love the verdant, flower-filled setting on the edge of a 2-hectare pond (canoeing, pedal-boating, amateur no-kill fishing). The Périgord is a land of its own, with a beneficial climate. 12 km from Bergerac (all shops and services), 110 m2 detached house opposite the gîte "Les Tilleuls" (ref.24G229 for 4 people). On the first floor, you'll find an equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and dining room with Wifi internet connection, a 1st bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, shower room with shower and a 2nd bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, shower room with shower and WC. Separate WC. Upstairs, a large bedroom with 3 beds 90x190.
You'll enjoy a 20 m2 terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, where you'll be able to take full advantage of your walks.

Pets may be accepted subject to prior contact with the owners, who have 2 hunting dogs.
