Nearby, discover the Jardins d'Eyrignac, Sarlat-la-Canéda, the Lascaux caves, the Châteaux of the Dordogne Valley and the many surrounding Hiking trails. Take advantage of the gourmet markets, listed villages and nature activities in the Périgord region: mountain biking, canoeing, trips on the Dordogne river, etc.

Detached house close to the owners' house. First floor: living room with sofa, 2 armchairs, TV, fireplace, dining area and kitchenette (4 gas rings, oven, combi-freezer, microwave...). Bathroom with shower cubicle and washbasin. Separate WC. A first bedroom with a 140x190 bed. Upstairs, a 1st bedroom with a 120x190 bed, and a 2nd bedroom with a 140x190 bed. Basement: garage/laundry room with washing machine. In front of the Holiday cottage, a covered terrace with charcoal lounge and charcoal barbecue. Small unfenced garden area.
