Located in the heart of the Périgord Noir region, this Holiday cottage for 5 people in Paulin offers a very green and authentic environment. Nearby, discover the Jardins d'Eyrignac, Sarlat-la-Canéda, the Lascaux caves, the Châteaux of the Dordogne Valley and the many surrounding Hiking trails. Take advantage of the gourmet markets, listed villages and nature activities in the Périgord region: mountain biking, canoeing, trips on the Dordogne river, etc.
Detached house close to the owners' house. First floor: living room with sofa, 2 armchairs, TV, fireplace, dining area and kitchenette (4 gas rings, oven, combi-freezer, microwave...). Bathroom with shower cubicle and washbasin. Separate WC. A first bedroom with a 140x190 bed. Upstairs, a 1st bedroom with a 120x190 bed, and a 2nd bedroom with a 140x190 bed. Basement: garage/laundry room with washing machine. In front of the Holiday cottage, a covered terrace with charcoal lounge and charcoal barbecue. Small unfenced garden area.

Gîte impeccable, très calme.
Il n'y a pas d'éclairage publique ni aucune pollution lumineuse dans les environs ce qui permet d'observer le ciel dans des conditions idéales.

Gite confortable très bien situé pour visiter la région. Très calme, proche du village de Paulin ou les animations du jeudi soir sont a faire absolument. Propreté du gîte irréprochable et un hôte très sympathique, au petits soins pour ses locataires. Je le recommande vivement.

En famille ou amis Charmant gîte rural
Lieu rare, coupé du monde… pas de réseau, pas de wifi, et ça fait du bien !
Côté extérieur : une belle terrasse largement à l’abris du soleil, des champs et des bois tout autour. La nuit, on entend le gibier chercher de la nourriture !
Côté intérieur : literie de qualité, à peu près tout ce qui faut pour cuisiner, sdb et wc propres.Localisation : tout le Périgord noir à moins de 30-40 min de voiture. Merci pour l’accueil !
Peut être penser à renouveler quelques couteaux ou casserole.- Cleanliness

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en Dordogne. Le gîte est conforme à la description. Le propriétaire est très sympa et disponible. Le lieu est idéal pour être au milieu de la nature. Le gîte est idéalement situé pour visiter les sites archéologiques, les petits villages et les châteaux. Nous le recommandons.
