Meet typical bastides such as Issigeac, Eymet, Beaumont-du-Périgord or Monpazier, visit emblematic châteaux such as Monbazillac, Biron or Bridoire, and take advantage of the local markets in Périgueux or Bergerac to sample local specialties. A trip to Saint-Émilion (only 1 hour away) completes your stay, with its world-renowned wine-growing landscapes. A perfect base for discovering the region at your own pace.

Part of a complex of three adjoining holiday cottages, each with a separate entrance and a private terrace. The property is fully fenced and secured by an electric gate, with private parking. Built on one level, this recently constructed (2026) vacation rental offers all the comforts of a modern home, including a 5-person indoor Spa open year-round. It features an air-conditioned living area with a kitchenette, dining area, and living room with a sofa, a smart TV with a Netflix subscription, and Wi-Fi. There are three bedrooms, each equipped with a 160x200 bed. A bathroom with a shower and toilet is also included. The wooden deck is furnished with a gas grill, a six-person patio set, and three lounge chairs. Air conditioning is available in the living area. For large families or groups of friends, it’s possible to book 2 or all 3 holiday cottages on the property to stay together. A special rate may be offered upon request through our office, subject to availability.
