Unenclosed 10-hectare property in the heart of the Forest de la Double, with meadows, woods and private pond where you can relax, walk and fish. Close to the Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage route and 8 km from the Abbey of Notre Dame de Bonne Espérance, where monks and nuns make and sell fruit jellies and jams, and mature a cheese made with walnut liqueur. 11 km from the Grand Etang de La Jemaye, ideal for swimming with its sandy beach (supervised swimming in summer, children's play area, fitness trail, snack bars and restaurants). And close to the "vélo-route" - La Voie Verte du Grand Périgueux - along the Isle river (ideal for river fishing). You can enjoy a private pond of over 1 hectare with black bass, carp, roach ... (no kill) located 100 meters from the Holiday cottage.

Semi-detached house on a quiet Countryside road. On the first floor, you'll find a living room with a lounge, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen area, as well as a shower room with toilet. Upstairs (straight 13-step staircase, not suitable for people with prosthetic limbs or young Kids), you'll find two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed. When you return from your visits, you'll appreciate the small 13 m² outdoor terrace with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, parasol, 2 deckchairs and the shade of the oak trees in the park opposite the gîte.
All inclusive (bed linen provided and beds made on arrival, towels, tea towels, heating and electricity, end-of-stay cleaning included), all you have to do is make the most of your stay.
