On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with TV, WIFI, pellet stove and reversible air conditioning (3 induction hobs, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge) and a dining room. There are two bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed, and a shower room with two basins, walk-in shower, WC and washing machine. Upstairs, you'll have access to an attic bedroom with 1 x 160x200cm bed, TV, private shower room and WC. In front of the house, you'll enjoy the barbecue under the covered terrace. Enclosed, fenced grounds of 1800 m2. Everything included (towels, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning). Baby equipment: bed, chair, changing table. No vehicle charging possible.

Caminho Phantastisches Ferienhaus in optimaler Lage
Sowohl die räumliche Position als auch die direkte Umgebung war für uns optimal, auch für unseren Hund. Das Haus liegt im Grünen, im eigenen großen Garten und mit angrenzendem Park. Trotzdem ist das Dorf ganz nah mit Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Friseur, Supermarkt, Bankautomat und mit Bar. Ganz in der Nähe ein Edelrestaurant, das aber keine Hunde mag. Etwas außerhalb dafür ein 2., "La Villa Romaine", welches wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen können. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut (na gut, eine Matratze war etwas durch und in Ferienhäusern gibt es immer mal eine Kleinigkeit), das Raumangebot für 2 mit Hund und Getrenntschlafende bestens. Und vor allem: Absolute Ruhe. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Der persönlicher Empfang und eine Verabschiedung durch die Vermieter fand nicht statt. Ich denke, das spricht für uns.

Traduction : L'emplacement et les environs immédiats étaient parfaits pour nous, même pour notre chien. La maison est entourée de verdure, avec son grand jardin et son parc attenant. Le village est proche, avec boulangerie, boucherie, coiffeur, supermarché, distributeur automatique de billets et bar. Les équipements sont très bien et l'espace est parfait pour deux personnes avec un chien et dormir séparément. Et surtout : un calme absolu. Un séjour merveilleux.

Oliv Idéalement placé
Maison idéalement placé dans un très jolie village. La maison est agréable avec tout le confort pour passer une très belle semaine. Le jardin est grand et donc très agréable pour que les enfants se dégourdissent les jambes.
Un petit point à améliorer la balançoire mais sinon rien à redire.
Le chemin pour est privé pour accéder à la maison donc le calme est assuré. La Dordogne est à deux pas à pieds. Donc vous l’aurez compris… vacances parfaite dans ce gîte parfait.- Cleanliness

31 au 07 09 2024 PARFAIT !
Très agréable séjour avec une météo plutôt clémente.
Magnifique région avec beaucoup de visite à la clé, chateaux, jardins extraordinaires,....
Jeunes propriétaires charmants et très serviables.
Tout à proximité du gîte, commerces et médical.
C'est certain, nous reviendons avec plaisir.
