In the Dordogne Valley, this tobacco drying house is just 3km from the village of La Roque Gageac, listed as one of "France's most beautiful villages". The gîte offers a relaxing setting, with views over the surrounding countryside and a spa open all year round. Right in the heart of Périgord Noir and its world-famous tourist sites: Château de Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes, Bastide de Domme, Sarlat 10 km away. You can also enjoy gabare and canoe trips on the Dordogne, and hot-air balloon rides. Let yourself be seduced by the richness of Périgord gastronomy, which will delight your taste buds at every meal.
Tobacco drying house with 2000m2 unfenced garden. Entrance to the Holiday cottage is via an elevated ground floor (16 steps), then on one level, with the owners' garage on the garden level.
The bright main room features a fitted kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker) opening onto the living room (quality sofa bed, TV, Wifi, table soccer) and dining room. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 x 160x200cm bed and 2 x 80x200cm beds that can be converted into a 160x200 bed, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and 1 basin. Separate WC. Covered terrace with garden furniture, 2 chiliennes and gas plancha. There's also a 5-person Spa, open year-round from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., located outside on a covered terrace enclosed on three sides.
The living room and corridor leading to the bedrooms are air-conditioned. Private parking. Baby equipment: Umbrella bed and high chair.

Poupette Séjour en Périgord noir
Gîte spacieux avec tout le confort et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jacuzzi qui nous a offert de bons moments de détente après les excursions dans la région. Très bon accueil des propriétaires

Océan29 Séjour au top dans le Périgord noir
Gîte idéalement situé pour visiter les alentours de La Roque Gajeac (Domme, Castelnaud, Beynac ... dans un rayon de 15 kms )
Possibilité de faire de belles randonnées au départ du gîte.
Gîte récent,très confortable et très propre.
Le spa est un plus vraiment apprécié pour un moment de détente après les promenades

Un grand merci pour ce séjour inoubliable aux Alizés !
Nous avons été touchés par l’accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité des propriétaires. Le gîte est magnifique, très spacieux, d’un confort remarquable et offre une vue à 180° absolument exceptionnelle sur la nature.Le calme des lieux nous a ressourcés, et la situation est idéale pour découvrir les merveilles du Périgord noir. Le spa est un vrai bonheur après les balades, le baby-foot de bar ainsi que la plancha de vrai plus également fort sympathique, ajoutant une touche conviviale aux soirées.
Encore merci pour cette parenthèse magique : nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et l’envie de revenir !

Un gîte spacieux, moderne, neuf, aménagé avec sobriété et goût et agrémenté de toutes les prestations. Le cadre est ideal et proche de toutes les activités que la Dordogne offre. Propriétaires accueillants et bienveillants. Sans doute notre meilleur séjour en gîte depuis longtemps.
