In the immediate vicinity of your gîte, you'll find plenty to do: visit Sarlat, a world-famous medieval city where you can stroll through the typical streets and enjoy the market, visit the Proumeyssac chasm, stroll through the Marqueyssac and Eyrignac gardens... This villa is ideal for holidays with friends or family, offering a particularly serene setting!
You'll have the chance to cool off after your visits in the private swimming pool and enjoy 1800 m2 of enclosed garden on several levels.
The 1st flare-up of the wood-burning stove or brazier is free of charge.

You'll love this 270 m2 detached house in the hills above Sarlat, just 2 km from the town center.
On the first floor, an entrance hall leads to a separate kitchen, 2 dining areas, a dining room and a small living room (TV, internet), a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, a shower room with WC, a 2nd shower room with WC and a games room with table soccer and electronic darts.
On the 1st floor, there are 5 bedrooms: 3 beds 140x190 and 4 beds 90x190, a bathroom and two shower rooms. Separate WC. Private terrace in one bedroom.
On the 2nd floor, a narrow staircase leads to a children's playroom with reading corner.
Private swimming pool open from mid-April to late September and heated from mid-June to mid-September. The saltwater pool measures 4.50 m x 2.50 m, with a flat bottom of 1.40 m, and is secured by a bar cover.

    Séjour en famille

    Très agréable week-end en famille dans cette belle maison assez grande pour accueillir 10 adultes et 2 enfants.
    Chacun a pu trouver une chambre à son goût et passer de bonnes nuits, presque toutes ont une salle d’eau, très pratique au vu du nombre !!!
    La salle à manger avec sa grande table est un plus, la pièce, en pierres apparentes et déjà décorée pour Noël, parfaite pour faire de belles photos.
    Petit bémol sur la cuisine, le plan de travail est un peu petit.
    Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de l’extérieur, un peu normal en novembre, dommage …(belle terrasse avec grande table, brasero, piscine !!!), une prochaine fois peut-être…

    Weekend entre amis

    Gîte bien équipé, avec une grande salle à manger où nous avons tous pu nous retrouver, à proximité du centre de Sarlat.
    La présence d'un grand parking dans le gîte est un plus

    Agréable séjour entre Cops

    Agréable maison familiale.... encore quelques petites rénovations à effectuer mais nous avons vite fait de s'approprier ce gîte.

    Nous avons bien profité également du braséro et de la piscine.

    Facilite de logement pour des grands groupes. Toutefois Quelque peu décevant par rapport aux prestations annoncées. Propreté laisse à désirer. Linge de maison manquant et literie inconfortable.
