Single-storey, unoverlooked gîte with private entrance in the upper part (Gîte Liya in the lower part) located in a 4200m2 estate shared with 2 other gîtes. You'll have access to a comfortable living-dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. You'll access 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, then 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, a shower room with standard-size shower and WC. A 3rd bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed has a private bathroom with bath and WC. Separate WC. Washing machine shared by all 3 gîtes.2 private terraces with garden furniture and barbecue.
Chlorine swimming pool, 9mx4.5m, 1.0m to 1.40m deep, to be shared with 2 other gîtes, secured by cover, open and heated from mid-May to end-September. Price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, heating. Price does not include: end-of-stay cleaning 50€.
