Detached single-storey gîte with a quiet garden in the heart of a 4200 m2 estate shared with 2 other gîtes. You'll have access to a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette (dishwasher). There's a bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and a shower room with a standard-size shower. Separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine shared by all 3 gîtes.
Enjoy the private shaded terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
After your visits, you can take advantage of the heated swimming pool (shared with 2 other gîtes), with chlorine, 9mx4m, depth 1.m to 1.40m, secured by a cover, open and heated from mid-May to end-September. Baby equipment available on request. Price includes: sheets, towels, electricity, heating. Price does not include: end-of-stay cleaning 30€.
