Semi-detached village house on 3 levels, fully air-conditioned. First floor: entrance hall with dressing room (closet, shelving, shoe space), beautiful bedroom with 160x200 bed, console and direct access to a terrace in the enclosed courtyard, shower room with walk-in shower and basin. Separate WC with washbasin. After 2 steps, access to the living room with sofa, TV, small desk, fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer...). This is followed by a lovely veranda where you'll find the dining room, then access to a first terrace with garden furniture and a superb view of the Dordogne. Upstairs is an attic bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, chest of drawers, sofa and washbasin. In the basement, accessible from outside the house, a large games room (table soccer, board games, children's games). Access to a second covered terrace with sun loungers and electric barbecue, overlooking the garden.
