Family home located in Saint-Geniès, a remarkable village in the Périgord Noir region, ideal starting point for discovering the riches of the Dordogne. Nearby, enjoy local Markets, castles and famous villages such as Sarlat, La Roque-Gageac and Domme. Nature lovers can explore the hiking trails, canoe on the Dordogne or visit the famous Lascaux caves. The house can accommodate up to 13 guests, with each room having its own private bathroom and air conditioning. Outside, there's an enclosed courtyard with a children's play area, garden furniture, barbecue and, above all, a private, heated, covered swimming pool (9 x 4 m) with secure, salt water gates, available from May to the end of September, so you can enjoy your vacation with family and friends to the full!

Separate toilet with washbasin. A master suite with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed and private shower room with toilet. Upstairs, a master suite with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed and private shower room with private WC. In the second building, 2 master suites with a 140x190 bed and private shower room with WC. A master suite with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed and its private shower room with WC. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and television. Laundry room with washing machine.
