Le Ruth

In the Vézère Valley, this former tobacco drying shed has been renovated to welcome guests. The owner offers a personalized tour of the Ruth prehistoric site, which he also owns.

Former barn converted into a new house in a quiet hamlet on the edge of the forest, in the UNESCO-listed Vézère Valley. Les Eyzies de Tayac, capital of prehistory, is 11 km away, Montignac and the Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art 15 km, and Sarlat 28 km. Guests can visit the prehistoric site 'Le Ruth' free of charge. You'll also have access to a number of hiking trails. You'll also be close to many of the Dordogne's tourist attractions. This gîte is located at the foot of the Tibetan centers. The Vézère river is 500 m away for fishing, swimming (children under parents' responsibility) or canoeing and swimming 5 km away. A visit to the Ruth prehistoric site will be offered to tenants who wish to do so.
