The staircase leads to 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 160x200, and the last bedroom with 2 beds 90x190. Near the bedrooms, you'll find a shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC. You'll also have access to a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Unenclosed grounds of 2000 m2 with a private, unheated 9x4m chlorine swimming pool with a gentle entry via a basin, 0.40m to 1.60m deep, alarm and solar shower, open from May to the end of September.
