Detached house with a living room comprising a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a sitting room with TV and a dining area. A pellet stove spreads heat throughout the house.
You'll enjoy a master suite with 2 90cm beds and en-suite shower room, and another suite with a 140cm bed and en-suite shower room with toilet. Beds made on arrival and towels provided.
Laundry room with washing machine and additional fridge. Separate WC.
Baby bed and high chair available on request.
Outside, enjoy the 2500 m² unfenced garden with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. For the 2024 season, the terrace will not be grassed over. Optional end-of-stay cleaning: €50

Opale un petit trésor Périgordin
Une maison nichée sur une hauteur avec une vue sur l'horizon Périgordin, L'accueil des propriétaires à votre arrivée vous met dans une ambiance de bonne humeur. La maison est moderne, propre, et lumineuse. Bref tout est fait pour passer un séjour de calme et de détente dans ce village où tout est bien achalandé pour répondre au besoin du visiteur.
