Welcome to Le Préau de Carlat, located in the Dordogne Valley, in the heart of Périgord Noir, in Saint-Cybranet, 15 km from Sarlat and 3 km from the Dordogne river, in a small hamlet in the countryside where calm and serenity reign.
Nearby, you can enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities (canoeing, swimming, hiking, greenways, hot-air ballooning, etc.).
You'll also be able to discover the many riches of our heritage: caves and chasms (Lascaux, Padirac ...), castles (Castelnaud, Beynac, Les Milandes ...), medieval villages (Sarlat, La Roque-Gageac, Domme ...) and gastronomic delights (local markets, restaurants ...) that will stimulate your taste buds.

This single-storey Holiday cottage is a 55 m² stone barn that has been restored. You'll find all modern comforts: living room with fully-equipped kitchen and sitting area with sofa for a child, TV, Wifi Internet connection. Shower room (shower, washbasin, electric towel dryer, WC), 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, as well as private access to a 3-person Spa (open all year) in a 40 m2 stone courtyard. Barbecue, table and chairs, deckchairs. Private indoor parking enclosed by a sliding gate. Enclosed courtyard of 170 m2. Electric heating. Umbrella bed (with mattress) and booster seat available on request. Welcome basket on arrival. Arrival between 4pm and 7pm
Garden table and chairs are available for outdoor dining and barbecues.
Beds made on arrival and 2 towels per person are also available.
