Le Pontet is an 80 m2 detached house with a ground-floor living room with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with TV. Shower room with WC. Linen room with washing machine and dryer. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 140 bed and 1 x 90 bed and 1 bedroom with 1 x 140 bed and 1 x 90 bed. Additional separate WC on first floor. Electric heating and fuel oil. Wifi, baby equipment on request (chair and bed). Garden with park and private 8mx4.5m / 0.97m to 1.50m deep (slight slope) chlorine pool secured by barrier (open from early June to September 30). Barbecue. Table tennis, boules, soccer goal, Kids' games (ball, bowling and cricket, basketball hoop). Bike storage available. Towels, tea towels, sheets, housekeeping included. No vehicle charging.
