This just-restored Holiday cottage offers all modern comforts. It overlooks the Countryside with a restful view over a 30-hectare estate, offering plenty of opportunities for walks. Located close to the most beautiful tourist sites: Sarlat, Rocamadour, Padirac, Lascaux... and numerous Hiking trails. Private saltwater Piscine 9x4 m, heated, open from June to late September, securely fenced with gate and electric curtain. The terrace overlooking the Countryside and the Piscine is fully fenced.
8 km from Sarlat, 160 m2 detached house in a quiet location with a dominant view of the Countryside and private heated Piscine. First floor: kitchen opening onto a large living-dining room with electric sofa and billiard table. Separate WC. 1 bedroom with 1 wheelchair-accessible 160cm bed, en-suite shower room (Italian shower) and WC. Upstairs: 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 160cm beds and 3 90cm beds (1 baby bed and accessories on request). 1 shower room (Italian shower) or bathroom (bathtub) for each bedroom, with private WC for each bedroom. Reversible air conditioning (upstairs) and underfloor heating. Wifi Internet connection. Enclosed 80 m2 terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Large playground with table tennis, swings, etc.

Une Maison en pleine verdure avec un grand confort un accueil par les propriétaires chaleureux et d'une très grande discrétion une semaine de visite châteaux et grottes très proches de Sarlat un régal malgré une météo cahotique Merci à Mr & Mme Bout

Excellent séjour passé en pleine nature dans une villa très confortable avec de grands espaces. Les 4 chambres avec pour chacune leur salle de bains et toilettes ont été bien appréciées. Merci pour l'accueil à Mr et Mme BOUT.
