This 6-person Holiday cottage in Le Bugue is ideally located for exploring the Vézère valley and the Périgord Noir region. Nearby attractions include the Parc du Bournat, the Aquarium du Périgord Noir and the Maxange caves, as well as numerous villages such as Limeuil, listed as one of France's most beautiful, and Les Eyzies, the capital of prehistory. The Holiday cottage offers relaxation facilities including a private Spa for moments of Wellbeing, a shared swimming pool in season and a pétanque court ideal for getting together with family or friends. Comfortable and well-equipped, it's an ideal base from which to take full advantage of the region's tourist attractions, while enjoying moments of relaxation.

Detached house on a 1 hectare estate, comprising 2 Holiday cottages and Bed and breakfast. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (3 induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso coffee maker, grinder...), a dining area and a sitting area. After a short walk, you'll find a small lounge with a chaise longue and a small bookcase. Then a shower room with walk-in shower and WC. On the 1st floor, a first bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 90 beds that can be adapted to 180x200. Outside, a terrace with garden furniture and gas barbecue, and a 5-seater private SPA open all year round. 12x6m, 2.50 m deep, saltwater Piscine shared with another Holiday cottage and 5 Bed and breakfast rooms, open and heated from April to October. Secured by curtain. Located at the top of the estate, accessible via several staircases. Electric heating Baby equipment included: Umbrella bed, high chair, baby bath Parking on site.
