A holiday cottage located on the upper floor of the owners’ home, with a separate entrance, that can accommodate up to 6 people. Guests have access to a 1.5-hectare wooded park with several reading and relaxation areas surrounding a private pond on the property, where catch-and-release fishing (perch, roach) is permitted.
The accommodation includes a small, air-conditioned living area that is cozy and functional, combining a sitting area with a sofa and armchair as well as a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, and everyday kitchen appliances). A hallway leads to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and three bedrooms, each equipped with a 140-cm bed and storage space.
Outside, you’ll have access to a shaded private parking spot on the property, with a carport at your disposal. There’s also a terrace with patio furniture and a fire pit. Baby gear: Umbrella bed, high chair, and baby bathtub. All included.
