Situated 5 km from the Bastide town of Eymet (houses with arcades, fountain and 13th-century castle) and 24 km from the old town of Bergerac, which has preserved vestiges of its past (half-timbered houses). Come and relax in this comfortable gîte in the heart of the village. Châteaux of Bridoire and Monbazillac nearby. Bergerac airport is only 30 minutes away by car. Don't miss Eymet's Thursday market, which has been held since the bastide was founded (local produce, wine, gastronomy).

In the heart of the village, 50 m² semi-detached house with another Gîtes de France® holiday cottage for 4 people. The living room opens onto a sheltered terrace and comprises a kitchen opening onto the dining table and sitting area. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4 induction hobs. Living room with sofa bed, TV and internet access. Upstairs, you'll find an air-conditioned bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Separate WC.
Garden furniture and plancha at your disposal, small gazebo shared between the two Holiday cottages. Baby equipment: cot, highchair, bath, changing table, bottle warmer shared by both Holiday cottages on request.
