You'll love the verdant, flower-filled setting on the edge of a 2-hectare pond (canoeing, pedal-boating, amateur no-kill fishing). The Périgord is a land of its own, with a pleasant climate. 12 km from Bergerac (all shops and services), 45m2 detached house opposite the gîte "Les Tilleuls" (ref.24G229 for 4 people). On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and Gllum is cool dining room with Wifi internet connection, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), bathroom with shower and washing machine. Separate WC.
There's a 20 m2 terrace with barbecue and garden furniture for you to enjoy after long walks.
