Set in 2 hectares of parkland, this 17th-century outbuilding with its typical Périgord roof, stone walls and exposed beams will charm you. Close to the owners' guest house, this property will enable you to explore the Périgord Pourpre and discover all the beautiful vineyards and bastides in the area. On site, you can relax by the shared (with Bed and breakfast guests) 12mx6m alarm-protected swimming pool, available from April to September (please note that the pool is not heated).
Several areas are dedicated to relaxation, with tables, benches and deckchairs in different corners of the park. A summer kitchen with barbecue is also available. These areas are shared with Bed and breakfast guests.

The living room features a sofa bed with queen-size bed (160x200), connected TV and Wifi, fireplace, dining area, and fully-equipped semi-open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer combo...). Separate toilet with washbasin.
