In Lanquais, in the heart of the Périgord region, this charming Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' house but with independent access, is a real charmer. You'll enjoy a small private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off after a day of exploring. You'll be ideally placed to discover all the must-see attractions of the Périgord: just 15 minutes from the bastide town of Lalinde, 20 minutes from Bergerac and its Vineyards, and 30 minutes from the Château de Monbazillac. Canoeing, gourmet markets, listed villages, Forest walks or cultural visits will punctuate your stay.

The Holiday cottage is accessed via a living room with corner sofa and TV, a fully-equipped kitchen (4 hob hob, microwave, table-top fridge, freezer...) with dining area, and a bedroom with 160x200 bed and en-suite shower room with basin, shower cubicle and WC. The Holiday cottage is attached to the owners' house via a shared laundry room. The glass door from the kitchen opens onto the owners' courtyard, giving access to the shared laundry room equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer. Private covered terrace with garden furniture, outdoor armchairs and charcoal barbecue. A small private swimming pool (2x2m, 68cm deep) with chlorine, open from June to September, is secured by an alarm. The Holiday cottage has an unfenced garden of approx. 300m2.baby equipment on request: Umbrella bed, baby bath, high chair, stair gate.
