Close to the mysterious Forest de la Double and the étang de la Jemaye, our restored stone barn faces an orchard, lush green countryside, calm and rejuvenating. Nearby listed sites include Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, Brantôme, Bourdeilles and Périgueux, classified as a "City of Art and History". The owners of the Holiday cottage have a picnic area (to be shared with the other Holiday cottages) located 500m from the house, where you can enjoy a picnic on the banks of the Dronne. On-site ping pong, table soccer, petanque and other games, as well as a jacuzzi, will add to your approval.

Detached house in a former farmhouse. On the raised first floor, you'll find a large living-dining room opening onto a kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge and dishwasher. A corridor leads to the 2 bedrooms: the first with 1 x 160cm bed and the 2nd with a 90x190cm and 140x190cm bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC. In front of the gîte, you can have lunch outside in the garden furniture and enjoy the enclosed garden. Electric heating, Godin stove, garage.
