Le moulin de Lili is an apartment with swimming pool located 10km from Bergerac. In this completely renovated windmill, come and enjoy an atypical and relaxing carde. Although it's isolated in the middle of the vineyards, at the top of a hill, Lili's windmill is only 5km from Sigoules, where you'll have access to all amenities (doctor, pharmacy, supermarket, press, bar, butcher's, delicatessen, hairdresser...).
Come and discover the region's vineyards and bastides (Eymet, Lalinde, Monestier, Beaumont), the beautiful châteaux of Périgord Pourpre (Monbazillac, Bridoire) not forgetting the magnificent old town of Bergerac, with the Dordogne river running through it.
On a garden-level terrace, you'll find a bike shed, barbecue, garden furniture and a private above-ground swimming pool open from May to late September (7x4m, 1.30 m deep, unheated, chlorinated, secured by a ladder).

A 14-step staircase leads to the first level, which opens onto a terrace with uninterrupted views over vineyards, truffle oaks and the village.
In the mill, take 3 large steps in old cut stone to access the kitchen area on the first level.
The original stone mill staircase takes you up to the second level (12 steps), where you'll find a bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet.
Finally, on the third level (12 steps) is the sleeping area with a round 160cm bed and air conditioning.
Outside access to the studio below, with fully-equipped kitchen, table and 4 chairs, sofa bed, bathroom with WC and air-conditioning.
