Former water mill in the heart of Périgord Pourpre, in the "Pays des bastides" in southern Périgord, where you can visit the bastides of Monpazier, Eymet and Issigeac.... You'll be 20 minutes from the old city of Bergerac, which has preserved its historic features (half-timbered houses), and you can also enjoy a gabarre trip on the Dordogne River.
You'll be staying on a property with 2 dwellings and a private, unenclosed 500 m² garden with cats and chickens, garden furniture and barbecue.
The rear of the mill is at your disposal, with access via footbridges. The banks of the mill are natural and therefore not safe for Kids.
Private fishing area (roach, muttonheads, predators, carp, eels, etc.).

On the garden level, you'll enter through the large 110m² living room, comprising a lounge area, a dining area and an equipped kitchenette. A shower room with WC.
The first floor is accessed via a mezzanine with a relaxation area, followed by 3 bedrooms: one with 1 180x190 bed and 2 90x190 non-detachable mattresses, one with 1 90x190 bed and 1 90x190 bunk bed, and one with 1 180x190 bed and 2 90x190 non-detachable mattresses. A shower room. Separate WC.
