This large Holiday cottage, located in the commune of Minzac in the Dordogne, on the border with the Gironde, comfortably sleeps 8. Set in the Countryside, it's an ideal setting for vacations with family or friends, with spacious rooms and areas designed for sharing convivial moments. Its rural setting invites you to enjoy nature, organize walks or bike rides and discover the typical landscapes of Périgord and the surrounding Gironde region. You can leave your bikes in the sheltered entrance hall. The Holiday cottage is 20 minutes from St Emilion, a beautiful village listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Many vineyards can also be visited. 10 minutes away, you can choose between the Gurson Lake with its swimming area, playground and picnic area, as well as its health walk, or the beach at Saint Seurin sur l'Isle. 15 minutes away, in the heart of summer, the Battle of Castillon, a sound and light show, is well worth a visit.

The Holiday cottage du Méridien is a large house comprising a large living area with a kitchen and dining area, then a step separates the relaxation area with a sitting area with sofas, armchairs and television, and finally a games area with table soccer and a children's pool table. On the first floor, after the laundry room, there's a shower room with WC, and on the first floor, the sleeping area: one bedroom with 2 Cot 80x190 beds, one bedroom with 1 cot 140x190. One bedroom with 1 bed 160x200. One bedroom with 1 Cot 80x190 bed. One bedroom with 1 Cot 80x190 bed. A bathroom with bath, shower and vanity unit. A second washbasin is available at the entrance to the shower room. Separate WC.
Outside, you'll enjoy the Countryside in the large garden with trees, garden table, deckchairs and barbecue.
