Villamblard is a small historic village with its Château Barrière, with its beautifully restored and furnished rooms, which hosts a number of fine exhibitions every summer.every Monday morning, local produce at the Market. Large flea market on August 15. Restaurant 5 km from St Jean d'Estissac. Château de Montréal 9 km. 32 km from Périgueux, City of Art and History, and 75 km from Sarlat, medieval city of exceptional heritage. 24 km from Bergerac airport.
At the rear of the house, Sports hall over 40 m2 with treadmill, bike, rowing machine... Table soccer.

Hrmarshall Perfect gite for family break in the Dordogne
Maria is such a kind and thoughtful host and her big smile and generosity contributed greatly to how welcoming the gite feels. I stayed for 2 weeks with my husband, young kids and my parents. There is plenty of space inside and out and a great pool. The pool is very safe as not only does it have a high fence around it but also an alarm which you turn off before getting in). The pool area was clean and pretty and there are plenty of loungers. Big garden and a little playhouse and slide which my 3 year old loved.
The kitchen is well equipped and everywhere was comfortable, though we did have to go out and buy some fans as we visited during a heatwave! There’s a big barbecue and a nice seating area. The downstairs bedroom was much cooler and was nice for my parents to have somewhere away from the noise of the kids! My eldest enjoyed her ‘suite’ in the top where there’s a bedroom plus a separate study area and bathroom but it did get really hot up there.
We used the gym a little bit (mostly to try and tire out the older kids!) and played frisbee in the garden.
Lovely to be able to walk into the village from the house where this is a nice bakery, a shop and a couple of cafes which are open on Thursday and Friday evenings too. The castle in the village is worth a look too and there’s a small playground. Easy drive to Périgueux and Bergerac. It’s about 45 mins - an hour from a lot of the other tourist sites in the Dordogne.

Nicholas Sejour parfait
Excellent séjour dans ce superbe gite ; accueil formidable de la part des propriétaires, qui nous ont gâté avec des produits locaux pendant nos deux semaines passées sur place. Le gite est vraiment très confortable ; il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Piscine très appreciable. Gym en plus avec babyfoot, très apprécié du petit et des grands ! Superbe espace extérieure également. Je recommande sans hesitation ce gite. Un grand merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur générosité ; nous gardons des souvenirs formidables de notre séjour.

Les 8 Bretons Merveilleuse semaine
Tout est super, tout est pensé pour que le séjour soit parfait. Entre la piscine, la salle de sport, le babyfoot et la pétanque nos ados n’ont pas vu passer la semaine.
Et que dire de l’accueil de Mme et Mr Ramos ?
Ils sont charmants, souriants et aux petits soins.
Maria et Jesus sont des personnes passionnées et passionnantes, nous ne les oublierons pas.
