Air-conditioned 70 m² gîte comprising a ground-floor living room with fully-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and fridge-freezer, and a sitting area with sofa, armchair and TV. Wifi access. A shower room and separate toilet. A laundry cupboard with a combined washing-machine-dryer. Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms, each with 1 king-size bed (180x200) that can be converted into 2 single beds (90x200), arranged to suit your needs and ready for your arrival. A 5 m x 10 m, 1.40 m-deep heated saltwater swimming pool, shared with 2 other equivalent gîtes and the owners. Heated from early May to late September.
Cot, high chair, small bath, booster seat available on request.
