10 km from Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage, and at the heart of a region that offers visitors a wide range of things to discover: castles in the Dordogne Valley, prehistoric caves in the Vézère Valley (Lascaux 4 International Center for Cave Art in Montignac), typical villages, museums... not forgetting gastronomy (truffles, confits, ceps, foie gras, etc...). Just a few kilometers from this charming location, you'll find a 'Pavillon bleu'-classified lake for swimming, as well as many other sporting activities (canoeing, hiking, horse-riding, aerial sports...).

This stone and wood house, adjoining the owners', yet very independent, welcomes you for vacations in Périgord. The kitchen is equipped with 3 induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave and combined freezer, and opens onto the living room, TV, wood-burning stove, internet access and dining room. Separate WC and small laundry area with washing machine. You'll have access to 2 bedrooms upstairs: one with a 160x200 bed and the other with 2 140x190 beds, and a shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and changing table. There's also a private Jacuzzi (closed from November to early April) on a terrace below the gîte, as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Baby equipment: cot, high chair. Electric vehicles are not allowed to recharge in the gîte.
