Come and admire the Dordogne countryside from the Holiday cottage Sérénité. You'll be able to put down your suitcases and enjoy this comfortable gîte, where everything is included (towels, bed linen, electricity, heating, end-of-stay cleaning). Just 2 km from the shops and 7 km from Périgueux, a City of Art and History, you'll discover a rich heritage with the UNESCO-listed Saint-Front cathedral, the Gallo-Roman remains of Vesunna, as well as numerous Museums and lively old streets. The City also offers markets, restaurants and events throughout the year. Ideally located in the center of the department, Périgueux is an easy base from which to explore the different regions of Périgord: Périgord Noir with its emblematic castles and the Dordogne valley, Périgord Pourpre renowned for its Vineyards, and Périgord Vert, ideal for outdoor activities. In the immediate vicinity, golf courses and greenways offer a wide range of leisure activities.

A detached stone house opposite the owners' home. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a combination freezer, 3 gas rings, an oven and a microwave, and opens onto the living room with a sofa bed, television, internet access and the dining room. You'll have access to the bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, a shower room and WC. Feel free to sunbathe in front of the Holiday cottage and enjoy a barbecue with garden furniture. A covered terrace is at your disposal. A Piscine heated from mid-May to mid-October, with chlorine, shared with the owners, measuring 10mx5m, 1.50 to 2.10m deep, covered and secured by a dome (pool opening hours 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm). A pétanque court and a ping-pong table are at your disposal. The price includes bed linen, towels, cleaning at the end of your stay, heating and electricity.
