On the Route des Vignobles et Bastides, come to Eymet and discover the gastronomy of Périgord, starting with the Thursday morning market that has been held since the bastide was founded. This gîte is located 15 km from Eymet (arcaded houses, fountain and 13th-century château) and 24 km from the old town of Bergerac, which has preserved vestiges of its past (half-timbered houses) on the banks of the Dordogne River.

You'll enjoy the simplicity of this small gîte on a 7-hectare property in the Périgord Pourpre region. On the first floor, this detached house comprises a fully-equipped kitchen with combination freezer, dishwasher and microwave, a living room (sofa bed)/dining room with TV (French and British channels), wifi and a shower room with shower cubicle and WC. The mezzanine features 2 90x190 beds that can be converted into 1 180x190 bed.
When you return from your visits, you'll enjoy relaxing on the terrace in the heart of a 1000 m2 garden.

Unheated chlorine pool shared with the owners, secured by an alarm, 14mx7m, 1.5m deep, open from June 1 to September 30. The pool has independent access from the gîte.
