In a peaceful setting, in the heart of the Dordogne Valley, enjoy this typical Périgord stone house.
You'll have easy access to the major sites of the Périgord Noir. Groléjac is strategically located for easy sightseeing.
Discover castles (Castelnaud, Les Milandes, Beynac...), listed villages (La Roque-Gageac, Domme...), gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac...), canoe trips and the Groléjac lake, a relaxing place to swim, fish, stroll around the lake or in the marsh, which has its own discovery trail.
You can also take advantage of your vacation to get closer to the Vézère Valley and its prehistoric sites (Centre International de l'Art Pariétal Lascaux IV in Montignac).

You'll enter the main room, which features a fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room (sofa, TV).
The corridor leads to two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower cubicle and separate WC. The first bedroom has a 140cm bed and the second two 90cm beds.
Reversible air-conditioning in hallway, electric heating in other rooms.
Covered terrace in front of the gîte with garden furniture. Enclosed 1000 m² garden with covered shelter for table tennis (rackets provided). Petanque court, basketball hoop, sun loungers, barbecue.
House close to a Gites de France rental for 8 people.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair.
Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the price.
