Semi-detached house with the owner's second home, located in the commune of Limeuil. It features a bright veranda serving as the main room, with fully-equipped kitchen, sitting area (no TV, but with internet) and dining area. Three steps lead up to two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm), the other with a double bed (160cm), a TV, and a private shower room with walk-in shower and WC. The Holiday cottage's 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower. Separate WC. Upstairs, an attic bedroom with two 90cm beds.
