Situated on a 6-hectare property away from the main roads, this self-contained gîte offers walkers the peace and quiet of a green setting. Thanks to its location in the Dordogne Valley, it is the ideal starting point for numerous hiking trails and sites in Périgord Noir (castles, villages, some of which are listed as "France's most beautiful villages", gardens...) and Quercy (Rocamadour, Padirac...). 17 km from Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage. It's also close to the river and swimming lakes, which are popular in summer.

For those not wishing to share a 140cm bed, there is a 7m2 sleeping area on the first floor, separated from the corridor by a blackout curtain, with 1 90cm bed, but the gîte can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
