The house is an old Longère dating from the 1880s, carefully renovated to offer a warm and comfortable setting.
Nestled in the heart of Périgord Blanc, with its picturesque valleys and majestic chestnut trees, its strategic location between Périgueux and Bergerac, and its proximity to the Isle Valley, make it an ideal destination for discovering the region. Villamblard is a small historic village 5km away, with its Château Barrière and its beautifully restored rooms, which host a number of fine exhibitions every summer. In terms of nature, numerous Hiking trails and a "voie verte" cycle route await those who enjoy gentle roaming.
You can sample the delights of local producers, such as the locally-produced Caviar de Neuvic, not forgetting honey, beers, brandies and liqueurs, walnut and hazelnut oils, and cookies made in the purest respect for tradition.

A detached house set in 3,250 m² of land, 1,200 m² of which is enclosed (non-smoking Holiday cottage). You'll enjoy a main room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob), a living room with sofas, armchairs, decorative wood-burning stove only, and direct access to a veranda and terrace equipped with garden furniture, gas plancha. There are 3 bedrooms (one with private bathroom and WC): 1 bed 160X200 cm, 1 bed 140x190cm and 2 beds 90x200cm, and a bathroom with WC between the other two bedrooms.
Parking on site at Holiday cottage. Umbrella bed and high chair available on request. In the cellar: washing machine, iron and ironing board.
