Comfortable 35 m² apartment, ideal for a simple stay. Located on the first floor of the owners' house, a main room with a kitchen/dining area (no living room). The TV is in the bedroom, which has a 140cm bed and a wardrobe. There's also a shower room and separate WC.
Enjoy a small terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and charcoal barbecue. The vast 2000 m² enclosed grounds, shared with the owners, offer a pleasant setting for relaxing.
