In the Dordogne Valley, this Holiday cottage is close to all the world-famous sites of the Périgord Noir, such as the village of La Roque-Gageac, classified as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France", the Bastide of Domme and the castles of Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes... Many other activities are on offer: visit Sarlat (a medieval city with an exceptional heritage), gabare and canoe trips on the Dordogne, visits to remarkable gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac, water gardens at Carsac...)... North of Sarlat, you can head to Montignac for a visit to the Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art, in the Vézère Valley. Less than an hour away: Rocamadour, Gouffre Proumeyssac, Saint Cirq La Popoe, Cahors.

Comfortable, unoverlooked Semi-detached house, ideal for 2 people. On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with 3 ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, Senséo coffee-maker, kettle (no microwave), central island and a sitting area with 2 armchairs, TV and internet access (fan available). You'll also have access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and separate toilet. On the 13m2 mezzanine, you'll enjoy a 160x200 bed. In front of the Holiday cottage, you'll appreciate the terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue, in a garden planted with trees.
Holiday cottage open only in fine weather, as there is no heating system. Linen kit (sheets + towels) €25/person, end-of-stay cleaning €45.
