Renovated former farmhouse comprising the gîte, the stable with adjoining barbecue, the bakehouse used as a bicycle room and the unoccupied former barn, with splendid unoverlooked views of the surrounding Countryside. The neighboring farm is 150 m down the road from the Holiday cottage (no longer in use). The country lane that runs behind the property leads to a single house 300 m further up the hill; this is a Hiking trail. The Holiday cottage is ideally situated for visiting the sites of the Vézère Valley, including the Lascaux 4 International Center for Cave Art in Montignac, the National Prehistory Museum in Les Eyzies de Tayac, 30 km away, not forgetting Sarlat, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage, or the Château de Hautefort (Gardens and Doctor Museum), 25 km away.

4 km from Montignac (all shops) and 1 km from Aubas (rural multiple with various shops), 80 m2 detached house in a non-active farmhouse. After 9 outside steps, you reach the first floor with a living room, kitchenette and lounge with 1 sofa bed (130cm). Shower room with WC. Upstairs (17 steps), 2 attic bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed and one with 2 90cm beds and a baby bed. WC with washbasin. Electric heating. Unenclosed grounds of 1500 m2 with 18 m2 terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Towels 7 €/person/change. Sheets 10 €/bed/change. End-of-stay cleaning 40 €.
