Le Colombier

This gîte is located in the Périgord Noir region of Sarlat, close to the Dordogne river. You'll spend your vacations close to major sites such as La Roque-Gageac, Lascaux and many other exceptional natural sites. You can also discover gardens and castles, take a gabarre ride, canoe down a river or even cycle to Sarlat. The region is also renowned for its gastronomy, so treat your taste buds to the many specialties of the Périgord.

This 111m² detached house close to the owners comprises an enclosed garden, a lovely veranda terrace, a living room with TV and DVD player, a kitchen/living room with stove, oven, microwave and fridge, and a laundry room with tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher. Also on the first floor, there's a shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Upstairs you'll find a separate toilet and two bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the other with a 160cm bed. This gîte is equipped with a Wifi connection, a cot, a high chair and a baby bath, and a barbecue.
