Le Clos du Bief

The Holiday cottage is located 30 km from Sarlat in the heart of the Périgord Noir region, with its magnificent Vézère Valley and its many UNESCO World Heritage sites.South-facing private courtyard enclosed by a large sliding gate, with parking space for 2 vehicles, a lawn for a badminton net and a terrace with table for outdoor meals and a small summer lounge. 20 m² shed with wood for winter use, 2 bicycles, personal composter with recycling of waste by us.
A second, more intimate courtyard is located behind the house, not overlooked, giving access to the gated millstream, with a terrace, table for outdoor meals, parasol, lawn area and barbecue.

The fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer) opens onto the living room (sofa with chaise longue, wood-burning stove, internet access) and dining room. Laundry room with washing machine. Separate WC with washbasin. Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 x 140x190 bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 x 90x190 beds, a 3rd bedroom with 1 x 140x190 bed and an adjoining shower room open onto the bedroom (shower and washbasin). Separate WC. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Baby bed, baby gate. Outbuilding next to Holiday cottage.
Deposit taken on site by owner, rates according to season. Pets allowed except category 1 dogs.
