The winery is located in the heart of Bastide country, close to Monpazier (10km), Belvès, Beaumont-du-Périgord, Bergerac (45km)... The organically farmed vineyard stretches over a hillside facing the Château de Biron, offering an exceptional panorama. In this unspoilt natural setting, the owners share their passion by welcoming their guests to a 17th-century winegrower's house full of character, entirely restored with respect for traditional materials. In a peaceful setting, with a breathtaking view of the Château de Biron, this is the 1st "Oenotourisme" classified accommodation in Périgord! Ideally located between the Dordogne and the Lot, all the emblematic sites of Périgord are within easy reach: castles, abbeys, traditional villages... You'll be able to enjoy hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, canoeing down the river, and take part in all the cultural, gastronomic and wine events of this magnificent region.

5 km from Biron (grocery store, bakery, restaurant, café), detached 150 m² house with kitchen/dining room. From the dining room, you access the bathroom/laundry room and a separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a living room with TV and fireplace, wifi. Then a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200. On the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and 1 small bedroom with 1 bed 90x190. On this landing, a WC has been subtly fitted. The house is set in the heart of a 6-hectare fenced estate with a landscaped terrace opening south onto the Vineyard under the hundred-year-old fig tree.
