Its private 20 m2 wooden terrace, accessible by 2 steps, is equipped with an awning, a plancha and an unoverlooked barbecue, on the owner's 3000 m2 estate. Enjoy the view of the valley from your deckchair. On the same level, you'll have access to the 12 m2 living room/kitchen with reversible air conditioning, TV, internet, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and washing machine. You'll appreciate the bedroom with TV and 1 bed 140x190, as well as the bathroom with shower and WC. A cot cannot be installed in the bedroom.
